Goalhalla — Privacy Policy

Goalhalla (“the app”, “we”) is a daily football player guessing game. This policy explains what data the app processes and why. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game and a global leaderboard.

Who we are

Data we process

• Anonymous account & leaderboard: When you choose a username, we create an anonymous account via Firebase Authentication (a random ID — no email, name or phone required) and store your username, points and streak in Firebase Firestore to power the global leaderboard.
• Advertising: We use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier and usage/diagnostic data to deliver and measure ads, per Google’s policies.
• On-device storage: Your username, game stats and settings are also stored locally on your device.

What we do NOT collect

We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos or any sensitive personal information.

Third-party services

We rely on Google services (Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore and Google AdMob). Their handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can manage ad personalisation in your device settings (Ads → reset/limit advertising ID).

Data retention & deletion

Leaderboard data is kept while your anonymous account exists. To request deletion of your leaderboard entry, email us at erenarpaz@gmail.com with your username.

Children

Goalhalla is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR/CCPA), you may have rights to access or delete your data. Contact us at the email above to exercise them.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly.
